Refund and cancellation policy

Web Pro passes

Web passes are one-time payments with no automatic renewal, so there is nothing to cancel: Pro simply ends when the pass ends.

If Pro does not work for you, or you were charged twice, write to us within 7 days of payment with your payment ID and we will refund you in full. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days through Razorpay or Stripe. After 7 days passes are not refundable, except where the law requires it.

Android app subscription

Ananta Pro in the Android app is sold by Google Play. You can cancel it any time in Google Play › Payments and subscriptions; refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy.

Delivery

Ananta Pro is a digital service. Your Pro key appears on screen immediately after payment and is saved in your browser. No physical goods are shipped.
